lack of shuttle unhelpful staff
the lack of an airport shuttle was a real pain. i had to grab a taxi, and it cost way more than i expected. the staff also didn't seem too eager to help me figure out how to get to the main station. they just shrugged and told me to figure it out myself. talk about unhelpful. no fridge or even a simple bottle of water in the room added to the disappointment.

supermarket location easy parking access restaurant nearby airport shuttle hard bed barren room
The hotel is near a supermarket. An Asian restaurant is also close. The lobby had music playing and food available. I appreciated the easy parking access.
The hotel lacks an airport shuttle. A car service was needed. The room felt barren. There was no kettle available. The bed was hard and springy and the pillow wasn't great.

welcome drink gluten-free option rewe supermarket helpful staff
the hotel provides a welcome drink upon arrival i found this to be a very nice touch. breakfast includes gluten-free options catering to various dietary needs. a rewe supermarket is located next door allowing for convenient access to snacks and meals. the staff was helpful in proposing a win-win option for early check-in.
i found the lack of an airport shuttle inconvenient necessitating a taxi ride.

the hotel is within walking distance from the airport it takes approximately 20 minutes and a short subway ride will get you to the city. the proximity to the airport is convenient for short stays or layovers.

Superb Hotel near Airport
cool vibe clean family room
The hotel had a super cool vibe. The family room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty, especially the scrambled eggs. I am very happy with my stay.
I was told to go left outside to find a taxi. I did not see a taxi stand and only luckily found a taxi on the street.
